Lynn, 15

“Normally I don’t even like to go to the doctor but I felt comfortable and respected at 1st Choice.  The info I got really helped me with my decision.”

Jerri, 17

“I felt cared for, respected and understood.  My advocate listens to me and tries to understand what I am saying.  She has become my good friend, even thought when I first came, that seemed impossible.  She helps me think about my decisions.  I most appreciate the way my advocate has helped me emotionally through my pregnancy and my past abortion.”

Robyn, 29

“Sometimes things are hard and I just need to talk.  1st Choice has a lot to offer women.  You just have to ask.”

Keisha, 19

“My advocate is still my friend.  She helps me out in a lot of ways.  Whenever I have a problem, I come in and she helps me.  I have a lot more support than I did before.”

Gracia, 21

“My advocate knew how to help me because she had been where I was. I always felt safe and wanted.  I knew that my story was safe and I wouldn’t be pressured.  With the support I got at 1st Choice, I felt able to continue my education while I turned a page in life.”
