Potomac Psychological Center (PPC) opened its doors to the public in 2003 to meet the needs of the growing area. The current ownership has been consistently in place since 2006. The group's mission is to provide excellent, comprehensive behavioral and psychiatric healthcare at an affordable price through their network participation with several major insurance companies. From 2006 to 2013 PPC tripled in size, from approximately 7 to 22 clinicians and began offering not only therapeutic services but also psychiatric services. In 2013, PPC relocated to its current location in Ashburn, VA to allow for further growth and provide even more high-quality, therapeutic services to the northern Virginia community. Many of our initial clinicians from 2003 continue to work together, going on 16 years! We are passionate about what we do and we enjoy the therapeutic working environment that we have created together over the years. We hope you enjoy your experience with us as well.
PPC is comprised of Psychiatrists, Licensed Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Counselors.
Our highly qualified clinicians treat children, adolescents, and adults. We provide a wide array of treatment modalities including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, group therapy and medication management.
Our skilled, licensed psychologists conduct psychological evaluations. We provide treatment for individuals with depression, anxiety, anger management problems, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, ADD/ADHD, behavioral issues, phobias, eating disorders, trauma/abuse issues, developmental issues and life stressors. PPC accepts major insurances and credit cards.
