Payment for services is due at the time of service. For those continuing telehealth appointments, you may call the office to pay over the phone or mail in payments. Statements are sent monthly via an email notification that comes from email@example.com If you want to view your actual statement, you will need to create a user name and password on the MyProviderLink website. You may view statement details, as well as pay online through that site.
If you know your balance amount, you may pay through two other electronic methods. One is through doxo. Payments made from your bank account (ACH payments) are FREE. Convenience fees apply on credit and debit card payments ($3.99 or 3.5%, whichever is greater based on payment amount). Below is the link to access doxo to make a payment.
